Warning: The ABI of the selected debugger does not match the toolchain ABI.

When looking for the thing causing the Error "File Makefile.Debug doesn't exist" I found that the Tools>Options>Build & Run>Kits>Desktop Qt 5.8.0 MSVC2015_64bit says "Warning: The ABI of the selected debugger does not match the toolchain ABI". Could this be causing the compile time error I'm getting with the Makefile.Debug or is it something different entirely? How do I go about fixing these.? This happens after I reinstalled Qt and create new projects so it's not a problem with my code. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Heres the output of my program getting the error:

Hi and welcome to devnet,
Did you check that the installed debugger is also 64bit ?

Okay I figured it out. I did change the GNU to a 64 bit version but I also made a new project and copied the code from the previous project into it, this gave me a wider variety of kits to choose from instead of just one kit in the previous. It was using Qt 5.8.0 for Windows Runtime 64bit which caused an error in the new project as well but I switched to Desktop Qt 5.8.0 MSVC2015_64 bit and it worked!
