Publish to Raspberry Pi after developed an app with boot2qt

I have successfully made an application and ran it on a Raspberry Pi using boot2qt. How can I publish the application and have it start automatically after I restart the Raspberry Pi? Currently if I restart the Pi it launches the boot2qt welcome screen.
