QtWidgets mouse and touch events at same time

I'm developing a drawing app where an user can draw with a mouse device or with a HID multitouch device with a QPainter, but i'm having some problems with mouse and touch events.
I'm reading Touch events and mouse events at same time, but if i use the hid device, i receive the touch events, but, at the same time, i'm also receiving a mouse event on the same point of the first finger.
This is happening to me on Ubuntu 16.10, but not on Android or other platforms.
Any tip on how to manage those events to avoid this problem?.Thanks!

You should add which version of Qt you are using, what the device is, what driver does it use etc.
