Draw a Road with all markings on the ground

I have to draw a racing circuit for the car and the road must go well between layout with all the separations.
As a beginner I do not know by or begins. How I do to chart a good turn and how I have to do to connect the lines and curves.
Can someone advise me to start this project?
For more precision for the project. It will allow me after to make a simulation of an autonomous car which will be able to recognize the lines on the road or the ostacles. -

Do you mean you want to be able to create a road or follow real roads like on a map ?

I want to create a road, so draw all the lines that there are on the road like stop lines and other lines of the road.
