Ways to make request to Qt development team

What are the ways to make feature request to the qt development team? for example, I'd like to make gap in qchart feature (http://www.qcustomplot.com/index.php/support/forum/408)

Its not part of Qt. :)
Or do you mean look here for what I think should be added to qChart ? -
QChart. I would like instead of "should be". In general how do you make a development request to Qt team (QChart in particular)?

Also keep the link around as ppl can vote for the features so
if you find other QChart user, you can give them the link and they can vote for it
at in that way raise the chance of getting that new feature.
