qt creator not responding to mouse clicks after alt-tab

I am using arch linux with a gnome desktop.
I open qt creator and some other applications(a web browser,for example).If I use alt-tab to switch among these applicaion programs ,qt creator tends to freeze and not responding to mouse clicks any more.Interestingly, other applications (my web browser) also fail to respond to mouse clicks. If I terminate qt creator,other applications can respond to mouse clicks again.
How can I fix this? Hope for your help. -

Try to start Creator from shell and see if anything is output.Also try start with Welcome plugin disabled
qtcreator -noload Welcome -noload QmlDesigner -noload QmlProfiler
