Two times Valgrind settings on win 10

Just this is in Qt creator 4.1.0 on the Build&Run page on Windows 10

Does this mean that we finally can use a non-existing Valgrind on windows?

I'd say no, unless you want to try with Wine like the authors are suggesting here ;)

That is fine. I stumbled over the duplication while noticing a little later that Valgrind is not supported on windows. There is actual no reason to have those settings on windows in the first place.
