Can't compile and run a project

When i try to compile and run a project, i get this error in the debug console:

Error while building/deploying project StaffApplicationValidation (kit: Desktop Qt 5.7.0 MSVC2013 64bit)
When executing step "qmake"

Any fix?

Did you also download and install visual studio 2013 from microsoft site?

I got it, but now Qt doesnt open, it just stays in the Task Manager

Does any other part of your Qt open? Assistant? Creator?

Maybe try reinstalling Qt. I've never really experienced that. You could also check to see what might be going on by running it from the command line. Usually there is some sort of debug output if things don't work right.

@lRoberth Try to pen QtCreator from command line with this parameter "-noload Welcome". If it starts go to "Help/About Plugins..." and disable Welcome plug-in there.
