QT Creator need a compiler set up to build

I can not compile in Windows environment.
I tried to follow some guide on the internet without success. Can you help me?

This question has come up several times already ? Did you search the forum ?

The classic is: did you install one of Qt's Visual Studio package ? If so did you install the matching version of Microsoft Visual Studio ? If so, are you sure you installed the C++ components ?
