    hi i'm trying to compile this project in Qt:
    https://github.com/gavinandresen/bitcoin_miningsim

    But my problem is this:
    The only dependency is boost (but you do need a c++11-capable C++ compiler).

    Qt recognize boost?

      You may want to check what you have to use from boost. Some parts require separate compilation and you find the details with the boost lib.

      However, in general it should work. I am using the shared_ptr and circular_buffer from boost on a regular basis with Qt libs.

            @koahnig i changed my project including this:
            CONFIG += C++11

            QMAKE_CXXFLAGS = -std=c++11

            But anyways qt can't recognize i'm using visual studio 2013 and qt 5.7 so it's very strange. So i think i need to add manually.

              Hi,

              What exact version of Qt did you install ?

              Note that Qt as nothing to do with boost. It's a 3rd party library like any others that you have to handle by providing the path to the includes, .lib files and then state which libraries from boost you want to link to.

              VS2013 already implements parts of C++11
