Timeout waiting for remote process to finish

Hello there,
I am remotelly running and debugging my QT linux application. While developing, I noticed that I cannot kill the app remotelly anymore when using RUN option. When I clock to terminate I get message:

User requested stop. Shutting down...
Timeout waiting for remote process to finish.

And I have to manually kill the process. I didnt do anything in particular in the code, Even commented out most of. This behavior still occurs. What could be the reason? I would appreciate all help.
