want to know about QtGstreamer library !

I have a two simple questions on this library I need specific answers, please
1 - is this library works on windows ? I have 3 days try to compile it on windows and there's no result that let me think it works only on Linux
2 - if it compiles successfully and runs if I release it on android it will work fine, for example, the VoIP example it will work on if I release it on android ?
