What's going on with bugreports.qt.io? Is it down all day for maintenance?

Since sometime this morning (US eastern time) I've been getting:
503 Service Unavailable

The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.

Whenever I go to bugreports.qt.io. It would be helpful to know when I should expect it back up. Not sure who to ask, hopefully this is the right place?

At least from Europe you cannot access it as well.
Probably @tekojo can give advice tomorrow, since it is already almost 10pm over here.
