    Hi,

After releasing Qt Virtual Keyboard as open source project I want to start using it under Qt Widget but unfortunately I couldn't find any resource as a quick start.

May you please help me with a tiny project or a snippet.

IMPORTANT: I don't use Qt Quick

the fact that the name of the project is QtQuick virtual keyboard kind of gives it away. the imput method part, however, should be implementable in C++ (no QtQick) as stated in the documentation:

The input methods can be implemented in C++ or QML.

@VRonin You mean I'm unable to use it directly under Qt Widget projects?

@VRonin OMG, this is really sad news.
I read about releasing Qt Virtual Keyboard as open source project and stopped modifying VirtualKeyboard project because of it... I'm really upset.

              Hi,

IIRC, you could use a QQuickWidget to mix the two.

              Hope it helps
