    Hi,
I have Mac OS 10.5.8. I tried to install the QT SDK but it was crashing, then I read that it's only compatible with 10.6 and higher.

Is it possible to find an older version that's compatible with my system?

    Thanks,
    Kaylee

Have a loot at "ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/qtsdk/":ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/qtsdk/. Check the compatible note and hope you can find the right one :D

Hello, I'm having the same problem!
That link that Chuck posted won't open here, though.
          Any help?

          ps: I'm using Mac OS X 10.5.8

          Thanks!

The link is fine. I can open the ftp page.

The problem must be on your side. Do you have restrictions in your settings?

                Hi there,

I looked around to see if I could find the file I downloaded on my computer, but couldn't find it. But in any case, I'm pretty sure it would have been this one:
                qt-sdk-mac-opensource-2010.05.dmg

                That should give you 4.6

If that doesn't work, perhaps try an earlier one like: qt-sdk-mac-opensource-2009.05.dmg

wow this weird guys, I can't open this link on me Mac - I've also tried CyberDuck, there are no files @ ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/qtsdk/ - really need to get this installed. Is the link still good ?

Not sure. FWIW I can access ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com, and see the qtsdk directory, but don't seem to have permission to open it.

The link still does not work for me. I can get to ftp://ftp.qt.nokia.com/ but clicking on the qtsdk section does not work. Firefox says it failed to change directory. Any suggestions?
