Application Preload Dialog(something like Photoshop startup dialog)

Dear freinds,
I am sure we have all seen a dialog that pops up before an application begins to work (Like Photoshop or MS-word).
It not only gives applications a professional look but it also loads necessary DLLs and other dependencies before the actual application appears.Would someone please explain what is the best strategy to implement this preload window.

Sounds like what you want is QSplashScreen.
