Can not run MaintenanceTool on windows 10

Hi,
I would like to uninstall Qt 32bit and install 64 bit but I cant uninstall the old version. I have tried many ways of uninstalling an app on windows but nothing happen when I run uninstall (in control panel) nothing get open even if i try to open mainenancetool nothink get open
