Objects (circle, QLineEdit,menu) inside a Slider

Hello everyone, I muss make the next design:

but i´m not sure over the elements that I must use, and how to put into the slider the circles and the QLineEdits.

Please, if someone can me help, any help, idea or description will be good received

I think you can use a scroll Area for that.

Not sure what the Circles are? just a icon or can u click them like
a button or check them?

Just a circle that change the colour, under different conditions
