ContentsMargin not working properly inside QSplitter in Autodesk Maya

(inside Autodesk Maya)
Today I noticed that if you have a QSpliter with a layout and widgets inside this layout then none of the margin is applied ...

Everything works fine in designer ...

Anyone ever encountered this issue ?
