Qt OS and icons theme

Hi guys,
I am try to find a solution for next problem (already googled and read documentation but can't find answer):
Is there a way to find from Qt what OS theme is currently active, for instance I am using Linux mint 17 and have currently active Cinnamon theme-is there a way to find from Qt that my active theme is cinnamon.
Second question is the same but for icons- icons also have theme to choose, is it possible to find out which one is active.
I only ask this question for x11 (Gnome and KDE, not Windows)
