[Suggestion] Save for Later/Favorite Post List
-
I've worked with Qt for a bit, and put projects together with it, but it's up to me to bookmark my favorite threads in my browser when I come across something interesting, or vital to what I'm working on.
I suggest a "favorite"/"saved"/"whatever" button for threads that allows me to see my list of favorite/saved threads.

This suggestion has alrteady been made some times, I thjink there is also a Jira suggestion :-) But I don't know where in the list it is and with which prio..
EDIT: e.g. "this post":http://developer.qt.nokia.com/forums/viewthread/2212/ and in Jira: "QTWEBSITE-126":http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTWEBSITE-126

I personally use "ReadItLater":http://readitlaterlist.com/ and the related browser extensions and clients (which are available for nearly every browser and every system). In addition to the ability to mark forums posts (or any website in general) for later "consumption" it allows for maintaining an item archive, where you can store and organize all your favorite items.
Worth mentioning that all your entries are synchronized between your clients.
Give it a shot - it is free anyways.

bq. I personally use ReadItLater [readitlaterlist.com]
Ya.. thats a great tool and lightweight too!
You could also try "Diigo":http://www.diigo.com/
My bookmarks on Diigo:http://www.diigo.com/user/jim_kaiser
It's a nice tool which also supports web-annotations/highlighting.. Somehow never get around to using that feature though..
