Spam protection filter

Hi everyone!
The spam protection on the wiki gives far to many false positives. E.g. I can't save the following page: https://wiki.qt.io/Qt_Quick_Donts

Catching phone numbers without false positives is hard.

Has it been lifted yet? I just got blocked a few times.

Erasing items in the Titleblacklist didn't seem to help (unless there's a delay after updating the blacklist?)
