I have seen several issues concerning sudden appearance of German where English is expected. The solution to solve this is to delete the generated qt_en.qm file, which should contain English, but contains German translations.

Can someone look into the tool and see why this happens?

        hi and welcome
I seen other posts of german text where english is expected.

Can you provide a minimal example that does this?

          Hi and welcome to devnet,

To add to @mrjj, what translations do you get in German ?

An example can be seen here, as posted in this issue.

            A similar issue here.

Both issues fixed by removing the qt_en.qm file after build. This way, no translation is used.
