Offline installer Qt 5.5 doesn't launch on windows 10

Hi,

I just download the offline installer (VC 2013) for windows 32bits.
double click on it ... does nothing at all !
( I'm admin on my machine )

what should i do ?

ok that sounds strange.
Do you have any extra protection running ? like Avast scanner or product like that?

no

i'm behind a closed network ... that why i have to use offline installer
my windows 10 is almost a fresh new installation.

I just reduce the UAC (??) the User account control ? thinking it was the problème
because the installer is not win10 certifified

No need to reduce UAC - just start the installer as administrator.

I also try to start the installer as admin ... it's the same nothing happen !

Hi try starting the offline installer from a CMD window, perhaps there will be an error message.

For now, I had to plug my computer to another network with internet to use the online installer
This one works for me

but still the offline installer doesn't do or says anything !

it just hang or exit at once or what happens?
