qt5.5.1 is installed but qt creator window does not open

dear all,
i had installed qt5.5.1MVSC2013x86 for windows 7 64 bit. the qt creator was working fine for a 2 to 3 days after which it has stopped working . i tried to uninstall and reinstall the qt 5.5.1. the installation does not have any problems however when i try to open the qt creator by clicking on the icon in the start menu, the qt creator does not open nor it shows any error message. please help

Hi,

I have the same problem. It's the first time I install it.
I try this 3 versions :

5.5.1 VS2013
5.5.1 MINGW
5.6.0 VS2015

Same problem on this 3 versions.

I try the command line "qtcreator > qtcreator.log" but the log file is blank.

OS : Windows 7 SP1 - 64 Bits

Not for me, It's my working PC, with my company update way ... and for sure, the last update is far ....
