QMAINWINDOW flag WindowStaysOnBottomHint

Hi,
I'm developing an application in SUSE Linux with Qt4.8
For QMainWindow i use flag WindowStaysOnBottomHint because from my application i call
external program that show his dialogs that i want always visible in front.
My problem is that when i open a QDialog(i use setParent, so dialog is child of mainWindow)
from my application the QMainWindow seems to receive a raise event and external dialogs
go behind the main Window.
And then if I click on QMainWindow the external dialog return visible in front.This strange behaviour is for the window manager of SUSE Linux or is associated with Qt4.8
