Visual Studio Add-in not registered properly with VS2013 Ultimate

  • I'm running with the latest 1.2.4 plugin and Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate. After installing, I did not have a Qt5 menu nor the ability to create a new Qt5 project/class/etc using the wizards/templates. I found how to get the Qt5 menu to show up (add path to add-in via Tools->Options->Environment->Add-in Security). However, I can't figure out how to get the wizards for project/class creation to be registered properly. Also, I'm not sure if that's the only thing left I'm missing. Ideally, I'd like the just install the plugin and have it work right, but I've installed/uninstalled a half dozen times already and it's not fixed itself yet.
