qt designer unable to launch pyqt4/. uic

Greetings,
I am using Qt Designer from Eric6 to develop python desktop application.
But When I click Form> View Code... an error comes to the window please see the screenshot http://postimg.org/image/5uzddg4zf/I am seeking someone's help.
