A bit more patience would be helpfuller than trying to push people for answers.

All contributors are doing the support on their spare time. Within the holiday season it might be slower than at other.

I am sorry, for inconvenience. I used to create c++ programs on windows OS, so about one week I am using Linux Ubuntu, and I have installed QT creator 3.6.0 and trying to use valgrind, I use instructions mentioned in QT documentation http://doc.qt.io/qtcreator/creator-analyzer.html, but valgrind not starting correctly and this make me nervous. I hope you understand me. I am sorry for double posting. You are right: "A bit more patience would be helpfuller than trying to push people for answers."

I am sorry, but I am a Windows user as well. I have used successfully Qt creator for debugging on Ubuntu, but that was last year (2014). Since I have never used valgrind, I am of no real help. I have been looking for a valgrind port to windows, but that seems to be a barrel with no bottom.
