Unsolved How to run Qt GUI app on boot under Debian - BeagleBone Black

How to run Qt GUI based application imeddiately after system is boot? I tried with init.d but not successful.
-
Hi,
What backend are you using ? What error are you getting ?
-
-
Again: what backend are you using ? xcb ? eglfs ?
The init script is the right method even though this one is very simplified. IIRC, you should find a more complete skeleton of it in /etc/init.d
-
@SGaist i think by default x11 for arm
-
The BeagleBoneBlack uses an ARM processor
-
@SGaist Sorry my mistake.
-
Do you have a Xorg server running on your board ?
-
@SGaist Yes, I think the reason init.d don't work, is because Xorg is not yet launched and I am trying to run GUI application which requires X server to work. Am I right?

Then you have to ensure that your application is run after Xorg is started. By the way, do you really need an Xorg server (outside the fact that you are using the xcb plugin) ?
