Hot can i lock Screen orientation for android

Is there anyway to make it without menifest.xml.

I am trying to make screen lock but i read about menifest.xml.

how can i use that only using apk file?

im testing my program but i cant connect my android device to compile or test.

So i built project and get from there apk file, it works but i cant use screen orientation lock.
