How to clean out invalid projects from Creator session?

After changing some paths, I get an error message every time I try to restore a session. In the meantime, I have multiple valid projects in that session, and don't see any invalid project entries in the projects tree.
Nevertheless, every time I load the session, I still the the error message.
How can I clean out all invalid projects from the session?
