My Qt doesn't run

Hi, when i compile and run the hello world example the prompt windows open but remain all black without no one output (the result is the same with everyone program).
If I open the task manager i note some .exe processes that remain opened.
At the first run Qt doesn't output errors but if I try to run more times Qt say "cannot open output file debug: Permission denied" and "error: Id returned 1 exit status".
What can i do for solve? thanks

Have you tried to disable your virus scanner?
