Draw a "vector" image (polygones, lines) ?

Hi

I want to draw a very big image, composed by many polygones.
My problem is that when I zoom on the image, I get something like that.

Is there any way to create "vector" polygones or "vector" lines with QPainter ?

else have a look at the 40 000 sample
it used Graphics view which also can do dynamic scale.
