QListWidget: how to get exact dragged and dropped item and positions

I have a single QListWidget in which I can drag and drop QListWidgetItems inside it(To change the order). I have extended the QListWidget and overridden the dropEvent.
Is it possible to identify the exact item that was moved during the drag and drop event with the position change it had?

You might be able to get the information you want using selectedIndexes.
