Hi,

I wanna know if there is something done for IRC in Qt or not.
I wanna code my own IRC Client and I want to know if I have to write it all for Qt or not.

There are already several IRC client written with Qt. You should have a look at e.g. KDE's Telepathy which might help your get started.
