MSVC Debugger extrem slow

From on day to another I cannt debug anymore. It takes 30 about seconds to step from one code line to another.
The Symbolic Debugger for Windows (32-Bit) takes about 30% of CPU time of my 4-core.
The "Locals and Expression" Windows of the Creator show a waiting symbol.
It seem that it depend on, how "deep" the code is my stack. But I am not really sure.

What can I do ?

The slown speed dissapears:
I have disabled QML debugging, then it runs like a rocket and after reenabling it the fast speed stays.
Strange bug.
