What is this object called? (yet again)

There is an object that I want to style with QSS but I don't know what it's called. Here is a screenshot: . It looks like two vertical bars. While clicked, it allows for dragging the QToolButtons to it's right.

Maybe someone can also tell me how to style the bars, specifically? I think it could be part of QToolBar, maybe? Thanks you.
