Banner Adds in Qt Android App?

I can't really find an answer to the question of whether or not the Indie license has a Qt Widget which handles adverts? I want to use something like google to run adds for money, my app has no other way to make money unless I sell it, but my target audience probably won't be willing to pay for it, thus I wanted to run a banner add... I would like to know this before I contact Qt about getting my own license.

Edit~I found V-Play, but that cost 49$, on top of me getting an indie license 25$ + an android and google merchant account is another 50$. This is rather much, any free alternatives?
