Getting Qt for QNX applications to compile in QtCreator

I have compiled the latest QtCreator 3.4.1 using Mingw32 on Windows and can compile Desktop applications fine. I have since compiled the Qt Libraries for QNX both x86 and armle-v7. Whenever I try to run qmake or compile an example application, I get an error. One that I see consistently with the armle-v7 kit is an error with the qmake.conf file saying that it requires an MSYS environment. With the x86 kit, I can run qmake successfully, but, when I try to build, I just get an error saying make is exiting error code 2.
I can link my built libraries for Qt5.4.1 to the version of QtCreator delivered with the Qt for QNX installer and they work fine. Is there a plugin that I need to install to make QNX libraries work for my compiled version of QtCreator? Or do I need to add something before building QtCreator?

AFAIK; QNX support is an enterprise feature. You should rather contact the Qt Company directly through your Qt Account Support Center
