phonon can not work normal on windows10 64bit system

Hi all,
phonon can not work normal on windows10 64bit system, but it can work normal on windows 10 32bit system.
I have tried to run the phonon example of the qt source, the music player gui appear but can open any url( include mp3 files ) on windows 10 64bit.
Are there any solutions for this problem( such as patch or other)?
Note that our developpment using phonon for movie plays.
