Qt Creator gets stuck when trying to debug any app on Nokia device

Hi guys,
I have the following problem: Qt Creator starts building the application when I try to debug it on a Nokia device, but gets stuck with this message in the "4. Compile Output" window:
@The process "C:\QtSDK\Symbian\SDKs\Symbian3Qt473\epoc32\tools\make.exe" exited normally.
Deploying application to 'Nokia N8-00 USB Serial Port (COM3)'...
Copying "qttest4.sis"...@Nothing happens after 'Copying "something.sis"' message. The application does not start on the device, also the debugger doesn't hit any breakpoint.
I tried with 2.1.0 and 2.2 RC-1, but the problem is the same on both. I am trying to debug on Nokia N8, with latest software updates installed, and latest Qt SDK (I have downloaded, installed and updated it today).
Please, help me...

Hi,
Did you installed TRK for Symbian ^3 and running it as well on your N8?
Edit: also make sure the device is connected in Nokia PC Suite mode.
