Depending on what part of Qt Mobility you need, it might already been integrated in Qt 5.

To expand on @SGaist's answer, Qt Mobility Location has been split into 2 modules in Qt 5:
Qt Positioning has already been released. Qt Location will be released with Qt 5.5 (in a few months' time)
