Do these qml dock tutorials exist as compilable examples?
-
I am trying to learn a little bit about qml, c++ communication in qt so I was reading this very interesting "page":http://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qtqml-cppintegration-definetypes.html.
I thought it would be better though if I had some sort of compilable example on the subject (I tried the random generator one but failed to make it work).
Do these, or any other similar examples exist somewhere?
I do believe experimenting with them will help me understand better the subject. -
Have you tried the one included in Qt? I mean you can install them while installing Qt, open QtCreator and click on the left Welcome->Tutorials
also this link: http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/qt5-5.4/qtexamplesandtutorials.html

Hi,
You can fins examples in QtCreator. Also I've recommend this "tutorial":http://doc-snapshot.qt-project.org/qt5-5.4/qtqml-tutorials-extending-qml-example.html.
Also you can create QML plugin from QtCreator and play with it.

Yes of curse I am trying all examples related to the subject as we speak. Yet someone might have some better tutorial or learning material, you never know.
