I've already opened a bug here: http://bugreports.qt.nokia.com/browse/QTSDK-674 After that I tried the online installer which gets stuck at 1% downloading hash and then just exits.
I would really appreciate it if Nokia just published a zip file of the download. I've had various problems with all SDK installers.
This (http://developer.qt.nokia.com/forums/viewthread/5092) is related, but not quite the same.

Surprise, surprise, it works if I elevate UAC manually.
