Error to run and debug on iOS phone

Hi!
i'm trying run and debug may app on my iOS phone and i receive the following error:

@Any idea of what is this error?
Running it in the simulator runs fine, but in the phone not...Kind Regards.

Are you member of the iOS developer program from Apple ? It's mandatory if you want to run code on your device
