I found that Dialog automatically displays on center of screen but for MainWindow we have to set it explicitly. Why ?
If you mean QMainWindow then it should center and it does for me. What OS/Qt version are you running?
OS: Ubuntu 14.04 Qt Creator 3.1.1 Based on Qt 5.2.1 (GCC 4.6.1, 64 bit)
