      Hi guys,
it's me again and need help configuring the sdk, ndk etc. in Qt 5.4. I installed all needed components as described in the documentation but when I start a new project and run it there's no option to build for android. Just the two options Desktop Qt 5.4 and Desktop Qt 5.3. Any Ideas?
      Thank You for any replies.

        Hi,

Did you check that you have the android Qt builds available in the Qt Versions panel in the preferences ?

In Qt > options there is a tab Qt Versions where only Qt 5.4.0 MSVC2012... and Qt 5.3 MSVC2012 can be found.

Then you should add a new Qt version by hand and point it to the qmake from the android Qt build

Could you please take a look at this and tell me if it might work?

              Thank You.

EDIT: Forget it, didn't work. I thought adding a qt version by hand as you said but where to point it exactly?

In the folder where you originally installed Qt you should have several folders with name corresponding to the platform and compiler used. Just point the newly created Qt version to the qmake in your android Qt installation
