Installation of Qt with xcode 6 in mac

i have installed xcode 6, I want to install Qt5.3.2, the first message is that it needs xcode 5, but I have nstalled it all the same. the result is this message@:-1: erreur : Xcode not set up properly. You may need to confirm the license agreement by running /usr/bin/xcodebuild.@
the compilator which has been installed is Desktop Qt 5.3 clang 64bit

Any reason not to go with Qt 5.4 ?
Otherwise just run /usr/bin/xcodebuild like asked
