What is "Mobile app distribution through public app stores"

I see the comparing table on the new download site and find “Mobile app distribution through public app stores” is not available in the free open source edition.Does it mean that I can not public my mobile app into Google's play store or Apple's app store in free qt edition?

I'm not sure, but as far as I know, you can deploy apps using the free open source edition, at least for Android and iOS.
I've been reading some webpages, like http://blog.qt.digia.com/blog/2014/09/16/the-qt-company-introduces-a-unified-website-and-20e25-monthly-indie-mobile-package/ and http://qt-project.org/wiki/Licensing-talk-about-mobile-platforms, and I understand you can public your apps using that version of Qt.
